Complete a Complaint or Compliment

If you wish to complete a hand-written complaint or compliment for a Shrewsbury Police Department Employee you may fill out the online form and then print the completed form. Once the form is signed you can copy it into an email and send to police@shrewsburymo.gov with “Completed Complaint Form” in the subject line. The completed form can also be dropped off in person at the Shrewsbury Police Department, or mailed to:
