The Shrewsbury Police Department strives to improve on its way of delivering quality police services. We are always open to input from the citizens we serve, as well as hearing your concerns over crime rates, your safety, and how satisfied you are with the personnel within our department.

Please note that your responses are to be used for statistical purposes only, and responses will not be published or result in an investigation in most circumstances. If you would like to file a compliment for one of our officers or a complaint to be investigated, please contact our department by phone and speak with a supervisor, to be provided with the appropriate means of filing a complaint or commendation pertaining to a specific incident.
