Tai Chi
Genuine health and wellness arise from the holistic integration of the body, mind, and spirit. The deliberate, fluid movements of Tai Chi promote harmony, flexibility, and tranquility. The class incorporates gentle warm-up exercises to cleanse the body, poses that activate all glands and organs, and motions designed to increase flexibility in every joint.

Women's Self Defense - CopySelf-Defense for Women
Protect yourself with confidence through our self-defense training, where you'll learn practical techniques for staying safe in any situation. This course is centered on empowering the students. The knowledgeable instructors walk students through situational awareness, skill building and conclude with scenario-based learning and question and answers. The instructors provide a safe environment for students to ask questions and provide feedback. Students will leave with basic self-defense skills to avoid, confront and confidently assert themselves with aggressive individuals. This course lays the foundational principles of self-defense skills. Taught by Tae Kwon Do experts from Blue Wave Life.

Strength training is the fountain of youth. Build and master the foundation of strength training with workouts designed for everyone! Expect body weight movements and resistance band work to learn the proper form and technique of functional movements that will benefit your everyday life. StrongHer Bootcamp - CopyBootcamp with StrongHer Fitness
Join Katy Fergson from as she takes you through a StrongHer Everyday style full body bootcamp class. Parents, feel free to bring your littles, as this class is located at Festival Site Pavilion playground- kids can play or watch while you workout. All fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be given for all fitness levels. All classes will have a warm-up, strength session, sweat session, and cooldown/stretch. Bring a sweat towel, yoga mat (or something to lay on the ground), water bottle, and a smile!

Men's Softball - CopyMen’s Softball League
Grab a team and join us for another exciting softball season! All leagues are scheduled to play a minimum of 8 games, plus playoffs. Sign up: Returning teams have priority through March 29th. Starting April 1st spots will be filled first come first served. Games Begin: April 26th.

Game Times: Fridays, 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm. Season begins April 26th
Fee: $350 per team; $175 due at sign-up. Full fee must be paid by Friday, April 12th.
Any team not paid in full by that day will be taken off the schedule.

Walk with Ease - CopyWalk with Ease
Walk with Ease is the Arthritis Foundation’s six-week program to teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. The class includes a guidebook and walking schedule to get you moving towards better health. Presented by University of Missouri-Extension. Weekly, In-Person Education on Mondays, Walking Group meets at the City Center 2 days per week to walk together, schedule TBD, or walk on your own.

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - CopyStay Strong, Stay Healthy
Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an evidence-based senior strength training program. Over 8 weeks, participants will learn exercises to improve strength, flexibility and balance as well as learn about nutrition. At each class, a prescribed set of eight upper and lower body strengthening exercises are completed along with warm-up and cool-down stretches. Participants are made to feel comfortable regardless of their current fitness level so they can safely participate and gradually build the strength beneficial to health. Hand weights and ankle weights will be provided. Presented by University of Missouri-Extension. Adults of all ages welcome.

Grandmaster Han’s Martial Arts / Youn Wha Ryu Taekwondo
Anyone can train in the Youn Wha Ryu system. We offer traditional martial arts with a modern approach to fitness and training. Whether for fun, fitness or self-defense, you will find Youn Wha Ryu a challenging and rewarding experience! Taught in a family atmosphere, belt promotion available. Ages: 5 - Adult (all minors must have a parent/guardian present for the entire class). Tuition: $30/month or $5/class drop-in per person.

We are excited to announce that we are now offering the Yoga Teachers Training Program in partnership with the oldest Yoga School in Missouri and Mid-West: West-East Yoga School. This program teaches techniques based on science, as well as ancient and modern methodology to reach all levels of yoga practice. Students will learn solid bases in Yoga to bring to your life and yoga practice to the next level.
