Your Rights in Court  
 No continuances will be granted on the Day of court, an appearance in front of the Judge is required for any continuances.      Failure to appear for your scheduled Court date after a summons has been issued may result in a warrant for your arrest. 

Please note that you can now “Track your case” electronically by registering at www.courts.mo.gov/casenet and following the instructions.
